I'm so excited - as 2007 wasn't that great a year for me. Here's hoping that 2008 will tons and tons better for everyone!
I've finally tacked the Irish Hiking Fingerless mitts pattern, and conquered my fear of cables with a passion.
Wow! Cables are so easy - slip the stitches into a cable needles, leave it either in front or behind your work, and knit the next stitches on your left needle. When ready, knit the stitches hanging out on your cable needle and voila! you've got your first cable. At least, I got my first cable!
And here they are in all their glory - just as they are!
